Hi people!!!

guess what? i got a Harrods bear from my tenant! =p this is my first personal gift from a stranger so far! =)

and tonight, i hope i can sell off my N70 successfully and get an N80 on thursday!!! darn happy man!

however, jas told me that another stupid tenant of ours were demanding for the "pierced" wall (just a couple of SMMALL HOLES) and he's demanded for me and jas to get it fixed asap!!! he's bumming us for a couple of days already and he's nnot dead. i wish i can kick his balls when i see him. and he hasnt paid the security deposit for their rental yet!!!!!!!! arrrrghs. still dare to ask for SO much.
